1. Placement Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our driver placements. If you are dissatisfied within the first 10 days for any reason, we offer a one-time free replacement. This guarantee is contingent on adherence to our terms and conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Failure to provide a suitable replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Documented evidence of fraudulent misrepresentation in the driver’s qualifications.

3. Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of the placement date. Requests should be accompanied by detailed documentation of the issue. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 4 – 5 business days through the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Initial consultation fees.
  • Costs associated with background checks or screenings.

5. Client Responsibilities: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, clients must:

  • Report any issues within the stipulated 10-day period.
